Boots to Boardroom.org is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Organization established to help military personnel transition from military service to civilian life. Our program provides information, tools, and resources to help service members make informed decisions about their post military careers and adjust to civilian life.

As a requirement to enroll in our program "Veterans to Executives," each individual will be required to complete an assessment that includes a background check. We believe that this step is essential to ensure the safety and security of our program participants and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
The assessment process will also help us understand each veteran's unique needs and goals, allowing us to tailor our program to meet their individual needs and support their successful transition to civilian executive positions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

How long does the program last, and what does it entail?The program is designed for you to go at your own pace. However students can complete the course, assessments, assignments and business development within the first 90 days. The program includes a combination of in-person and online training sessions, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
